Water as a common good is central to the development of life. It is a scarce resource that attracts the interest of multilateral actors, states and citizens in general. This interest has now resulted in an increase in production of articles, lectures, publications, documentaries.
This international course is intended to frame the issue of water in the field of development, by a plurality of approaches to bring together researchers, policymakers, farmers and citizens in general.
This course will last four days, and each day will be organized around a specific theme, in the form of presentations, round tables or workshops.
