Meeting organized by the University of the Sea (UdelMar), the World Forum of Fishermen, the Civic Alliance Earth and FPH. A good balance between academic (public and private universities), popular education organizations, representatives of social movements (farmers, fishermen, people ..). The participants came from Latin America, Europe, Africa and Asia. An important decision: the creation of an "International University Earth Citizens." The university integrating these three components (Universities, NGOs, social movements) is to promote the development of training citizens and social leaders in universities, excluding universities, foster exchanges, validating training, create modules e-learning.
